Last week was pure magic! Over 130 Admind teammates from all over the world landed in Krakow, Poland, for our Re-Unite Days, filling the office with laughter, high-fives, and so much positive energy. For some of us, it was the first time we had met in person, and for others, it felt like a long overdue family reunion. We’ve missed it—there’s something irreplaceable about coming together in person!

From inspiring workshops to spontaneous hallway chats, every moment reminded us how much we thrive when we’re together. Highlights? The Project Fairs were bursting with brilliant ideas, the Recognition Gala brought some well-deserved tears and cheers, and the Street Art Tour showed us a new side of Krakow. And let’s not forget the epic Friday night party with our shared playlist that kept us dancing late into the night!

Morning Yin Yoga

A relaxing yoga session led by Karolina Pospischil, Brand and Strategy Director, sets the tone for a day filled with energy and focus.

Dao Dance Studio

An energetic dance session led by Piotr Dao—our talented community manager and a former professional dancer. Piotr brought out the best moves in us, filling the dancefloor with laughter, energy, and some unexpected dance skills!

Breakfasts and lunches in the central kitchen

Daily breakfast and lunch in our cosy kitchen with various options for everyone. We enjoyed dishes such as tofu curry and a Polish classic – pierogi! 🥟

Project Fairs

Inspiring presentations showcasing some of Admind’s outstanding projects. These case studies highlighted our creative approaches and sparked new ideas and insights across teams.

Street Art Tour

A tour of Krakow’s Kazimierz and Podgórze districts, where we explored the vibrant street art scene – from anonymous murals to pieces supported by local institutions.

Recognition Gala

We held an emotional gala to celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions of our team members, including honouring some Adminders who reached their five-year milestone with us.

Evening Integration Party

Friday evening ended with a great party at Fala Restaurant. With light bites, drinks and our playlist, the mood was upbeat with dancing late into the night!

These days have left us recharged, motivated, and more connected than ever. This gathering reminded us of the power of face-to-face connections, and we’re already looking forward to the next chance to connect.
