Challenge
Kanadevia Inova, a global greentech company operating in Waste-to-Energy and Renewable Gas, was entering a new era. The brand needed a design system that would reflect its vision of a circular, sustainable future and work seamlessly across markets and environments.
The task for Admind was to translate a strong strategic foundation into a living identity system that combines clarity, functionality, and technical precision.
Insight
In the renewable energy sector, design must do more than communicate. It has to prove reliability, consistency, and innovation at every touchpoint. From factory signage to a corporate website, every element carries the same responsibility: to show how technology and sustainability can coexist.
To achieve that, the new Kanadevia Inova identity needed to be deeply operational – a design language that empowers teams, not just inspires them.
Idea
We approached the project as a brand development mission. Our goal was to bring the strategic vision to life through a comprehensive, modular identity system. At this stage, we built upon the rebranding foundations defined by Interbrand, who created the name, brand positioning, and core visual concept. Admind took this base and developed it into a functional, scalable system ready for real-world use.
Every decision – from typography and grids to materials and motion – was made to balance technical precision with human warmth.
Execution
Through an iterative, collaborative process, we created a complete brand ecosystem covering more than a dozen touchpoints:
- Over 350 pages of detailed brand guidelines ensuring global consistency
- A full iconography and illustration system built on the geometry of Kanadevia Sans
- Designs for digital and physical environments – from website and brochures to facilities, signage, and fleet
- Branded workwear, event materials, and giveaways supporting everyday brand expression
- A digital brand management platform, workshops, and Brand Update Meetings to ensure smooth adoption
Close weekly collaboration with Kanadevia Inova’s international teams allowed us to refine, test, and scale the system quickly. The result was a design framework that is both flexible and rigorous – ready to evolve with the company’s growth.
Impact
Kanadevia Inova now operates with a cohesive and scalable identity that brings its purpose to life – harmony between technology, humanity, and nature.
From Zurich to Tokyo, the brand communicates with precision and confidence across every touchpoint. Admind’s design development turned a strategic vision into a living brand experience that feels engineered yet human, consistent yet adaptable – a system built for the future of green innovation.
