Admind at TechON 2025: Innovation, AI, and a Future That’s Already Here

This Thursday, October 30, Kraków becomes a hotspot for technology, creativity, and forward-thinking ideas as the very first edition of TechON Conference takes place at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre.

As a proud partner of this brand-new initiative, Admind is thrilled to be part of an event that brings together experts and enthusiasts from across disciplines: technology, AI, art, and even space exploration.

TechON sets out to explore how innovation and creativity intersect in the modern world, shaping not only the tools w e use but the way we think, collaborate, and build the future together.

Our contribution: design, development, and dialogue

At Admind, we had the pleasure of supporting TechON in multiple ways:

• Our UX/UI team designed and developed the official website for the conference, creating a digital space that reflects the event’s bold, modern spirit.
• As a partner, we’re contributing to the broader conversation around innovation, technology, and design.

Innovation in practice: Ola Gołąb-Makowska on stage

One of the highlights of the day will be a talk by our Head of Delivery and Innovations, Ola Gołąb-Makowska, titled:
“Innovation is not the future. It’s the now.”

Ola will share how we approach innovation at Admind from the inside out. She’ll explore:

• How we empower teams across our organization to experiment with AI and emerging technologies
• How we foster a culture of practical innovation, where ideas are tested and applied in real workflows
• How we support our clients by implementing smart, tech-driven solutions that improve business processes and unlock new potential
